What Does the Role Entail?
As an Independent Chef de Partie, you’ll become a part of a rapidly growing conference center and hotel in Amsterdam, specializing in high-quality meetings and international conferences with up to 1200 participants. You’ll be responsible for the culinary aspect of this center, working with a professional team and having the opportunity to elevate both the team and the company to new heights.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring strict hygiene following HACCP guidelines.
- Preparing dishes.
- Handling cutting, cooking, grilling, baking, steaming, and all other expected kitchen tasks.
- Delivering high-quality catering, including dietary requirements.
- Preparing lunch dishes such as sandwiches, soups, and salads.
