Local Heroes is looking for an independently working chef (zelfstandigwerkend kok) for the brasserie for in an ambitious kitchen in the high-middle segment.

Brasserie Amare is located on the ground floor of the new cultural palace in The Hague with a large terrace on Spuiplein. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here and you can enjoy a special theater menu before a concert or performance. Vincent van der Zalm will deal with the concept and culinary interpretation of the brasserie. The brasserie’s menu includes surprising and innovative plant-based dishes!

– A completed kitchen/chef degree (pre)
– At least three years of experience in a professional kitchen (pre)
