We are looking for a passionate CHEF DE PARTIE to join a new culinary family in a hotel and meeting venue that houses up to 1200 (inter) national guests on a daily bases.
As a ZWK or chef de partie in Amsterdam, you are the culinary maestro with a passion for crafting delicious dishes from fresh ingredients. You master all cooking and cutting techniques and collaborate with your colleagues to create daily culinary masterpieces. You understand precisely how to bolster a kitchen team and require only a hint from your (sous)chef to ensure a productive workday within the kitchen team.
As part of our team your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience over and over again. As chef de Partie, you will be responsible for maintaining quality, preparation, and cooking of mostly luncheons and dinners. You are able to do a la carte or banqueting/buffet luncheons and dinners.
